Product Guarantees and Refunds:

Upon confirmation of your order and activation of your account, we do not offer returns or refunds as the IPTV account code cannot be resold.

All products come with a 12-month guarantee period during which ITVSTREAM+ will replace or refund any product that is damaged or dysfunctional due to a producer’s error.

If we are unable to deliver your product for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you receive an incorrect product or an unactivated key code, you may request a refund or replacement.

In the event that your key code cannot be activated for unknown reasons, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a refund or replacement.

If you encounter any difficulties with your purchased product, please contact us first with a detailed description of the issue along with accompanying screenshots or photos taken with a digital camera to help us assess the situation. We have experienced technicians on staff who will help you install and activate your software. If our support staff cannot resolve the issue, your order will be eligible for a refund under rare circumstances.
